From the beginning Viv was excellent - he guided me through each step, to producing the most perfect signet ring I could have ever asked for.
It�s the simple things that matter when purchasing something special. He helped me decide what shape ring would be suited to me the best. He let me know the progress of how the ring was coming along, from the sending to the engravers - to the final posting of the item.
Not only was the overall price very affordable, but the quality of the item is impeccable. I now have the most detailed, perfect signet ring!

Today I received my new engraved signet ring from Viv. If anyone is thinking of ordering from Viv do not hesitate. Here you will find as I did, a piece of stunning quality jewelry, no one in a high end retail shop could even come close to in both quality and price. Viv is a very easy chap to work with, he keeps you informed at all stages of the process of fabrication. He is a true time served journeyman this is reflected with the care and patience he makes these true one-off items. I could not believe the quality and the finishing on my signet ring. During the final stages of manufacture Viv contacted me as he had some concerns at how the engraving had turned out, I mean this is how fastidious he is! Try getting that sort of service in Ernest Jones! He offered to skim the head of the ring by a millimetre and get it re-engraved as he felt it was not quite what I had asked for or melt and make again, sending me pictures of the signet ring. He needent have worried it was exactly what I was hoping for. Viv has exceeded my expectations in every way and I cannot recommend him highly enough, I will be commissioning him again in the future I would urge anyone considering purchasing from Viv to do so.

If any one is thinking of a commission by Viv I would urge anyone to do so. I have yet to receive my ring, as I type it is just going off to the engravers. The level of care taken by Viv as to my requirements has been excellent, even sending me by email examples of engraving fonts, which he took time and care to resource as it was an unusual request. Nonetheless it was done, in my opinion Viv is a true craftsman and artisan, something which is sadly lacking in today's avaricious market, and is refreshing to me that customer service at a keen price can still be sought out for an individual commission. True you have to wait for these things to be done, engraving is a painstaking craft it is better to wait than to be rushed, not here is your mass produced rubbish. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Viv to anyone, I would have no hesitation in ordering from Viv again which I will do soon. I will write on the guestbook again once I receive my ring. I am sure I wont be disappointed

after 10+ emails I've had the pleasure of talking and learning from Viv, who's been very accommodating.

After an initial internet search, Delorean Jewellery seemed a good choice to have an old family legacy gold bracelet reworked in to a cygnet ring.
Prompt and clear email communication ensued, giving me detailed info on the options and associated costs.
Having agreed the work to be done details and costs I was slightly concerned about posting off the gold chain, but I needn't have worried at all as I was well informed on when the work would be done and also when the ring was despatched back to me with a picture of the new ring.
And am ansolutely delighted with the result, am now wearing a beautiful cygnet ring with engraving, that will now become a legacy item for my family one day.
Highly recommended.
