It was a pleasure dealing with Viv. He has great skill and willingly supplied advice, which, when followed, resulted in a ring that i am very pleased with. Viv showed great customer focus when dealing with me. I originally supplied a design and had a preference for a specific type of ring. As the design was the most important feature, a different shape signet was suggested. Success in preserving the dimensions of the design was achieved by following the advice given. Also, as the ring was a gift, the desired ring size was unknown. Again, Viv gave his expert opinion to great effect. Without being asked, two rings were engraved with the design, one with great detail and the other with greater durability of the engraving. I greatly appreciated this level of service and all of the work that went into producing the best ring with the design to suit the wearer. The level of updates was extremely reassuring. The photos supplied were also great as they took away the element of nervousness when dealing with an unknown business online. My experience was extremely positive and would recommend Viv's services. The level of detail on the ring was minute and exact. There was a great level of craftsmanship involved and justice was definitely done to the design. I am so glad that i found this site, Viv made the vision into reality. Thank you so much, it was a pleasure doing business.

WOW! I think it's fair to say that we have one extremely happy daughter thanks to you Viv. It was wonderful to find someone on line who cares so much for his customer's satisfaction. and the level of communication was absolutely brilliant which, given how far away we live, made a huge difference to this purchasing experience. The message I wrote to Viv after receiving my signet ring:

Hello Viv,

I'm typing this message to you wearing the ordered signet ring. I was very surprised to learn that a package for me from England had been delivered to my neighbors today. And since i did not order any clothing from the tailors in London this could only mean that your shipment with the ring had arrived 2 days early.

I was already hyped by the sent pictures of the ring and the imprint last week so I made myself wait a little before opening the package. I had just returned from the gym and forced myself to make a cup of coffee, sit down and only than admire the box and everything in it.

I think I "wow"-ed you somewhat in my previous mail when i saw the photo's of the finished ring. I now, more than 100 times, 'wow' at you again. Words fail to describe, (but than again i'm not a native speaker of the English language) how much I am pleased with the end-result. I am very glad I took all your advices; a bigger ring, the cast ring, not the whole COA but just the wild man and in the end the decision to have it hand engraved. It took a lot of e-mails and ~I thank you very much for all your patience. And of course for being a trustworthy counterpart in this exercise. Ordering a gold ring with engravings and the amount of money involved in a foreign country; many here would have advised strongly against it. I had my share of internet set backs but the way you conduct your business, your personal touch in all the communications and, last but not least, the exceptional quality of the signet ring delivered @ a very, very reasonable price; I salute you!

Many thanks to you and I hope you will convey my thanx and gratitude to the engraver at Wilkins as well.

Once again delighted with my buy from Delorean. Viv provides a fantastic product at a superb price. Don't waste your time looking on the high street, they can't begin to compare either on quality or price. Thought I'd give you some feedback as to how the rings were
received. They were an absolute hit with my brother & his new wife. The
look on their faces when they exchanged the rings was one of absolute
surprise followed by the biggest grins you've ever seen! They have both
asked me to thank you on their behalf for your sterling (pardon the
pun!)work! Even the guests loved what was achieved with the rings. They
both fit perfectly and they both say the easyfit style is incredibly
comfortable

They have both stated that you are free to use their ring
images, including the previous ones, for any promotional work you might
have. I have also pointed a few of the guests in your direction, so
hopefully you may get some business from that
