Our family tradition is to give a ring/pendant with the family crest to a child on their 21st birthday. Our son turns 21 soon and as we tried to source a ring here we were frustrated because this is not a norm in Australia and therefore the costs were outrageous.

We are very nervous internet users, however having found Viv's website and seen almost exactly what we were looking for bar the engraving we decided to give him a call. What a pleasant experience!! Viv was helpful, personable, funny, confident he knew what we were after, and highly efficient, incredibly communicative and professional at every level and stage of the process. He made a completely new and more suitable ring for us and His artwork (from a rather poor photo of my husbands ring) was superb. All round an amazing experience and one which I would highly recommend. We have no doubt we will be using him again! Thanks again Viv for a great result, we remain very happy customers!!

I have been looking for a jeweller to copy my signet ring for my wife and two daughters, I was worried about quality and in some cases the high cost. And of course there is the question of trust over the internet (or even when going into a shop).

Viv did exactly what he said he would do, in a very short time, and at a reasonable cost.

My wife and daughters are delighted with the rings! As am I.

I recently bought a deep crest engraved signet from Viv, the second ring that I have purchased from Delorean (the first was made from my own old gold). Once again I have been totaly delighted. The quality of the ring is fantastic and the ring gives a wonderful impression of the seal when used. Once again I can not recommend Viv and Delorean enough. You get a top class service and superb end product. I intend to go back to Viv with some more of my own old rings and family rings and ask him to make some more pieces for me. The quality and great value of his products just can't be matched on the high street. A true craftsman and very pleasant and helpful chap to deal with.

From the first contact via telephone to the email contact throughout the entire process, Delorean Jewellery has been incredibly helpful and accommodating to my requirements. The laser engraving has turned out brilliantly, great depth and detail to the crest. I recommend using Delorean for personalised jewellery, wonderful high quality products with an accompaniment of great customer service and care.

I was given a low quality pictorial engraved signet ring at birth, that I have not really worn due to my general dislike of it, however it does have sentimental value.

I contacted Viv as the only person (having tried Hatton Garden) that I could find who would make a new more robust and weighty ring using gold from the original.

The results are fantastic at a really good price and Im so glad I found Viv.

I had two old family rings that had great sentimental value that I did not much like the style of. I had always wanted a traditional oval pinky signet. Finding Viv online was the solution to my problem. Viv was able to take my two rings, melt them down and make a new custom made ring to my exact specification. I was absolutely delighted with the end product. Viv's communication, attention to detail and craftsmanship were excellent. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a genuine quality service and product.

Sorry it has taken so long to post a comment. I bought a silver signet ring for my daughters 10th birthday, which she absolutely adores. The whole process was fantastic starting with ringing Viv to have a chat about what I wanted he was so helpful making me feel very confident about purchasing something off the internet that I had not seen in person. He kept me informed during the process. The ring arrived really quickly very impressive. The best bit was the ring it was fabulous amazing for the price I would not hesitate to go back or recommend Delorean in fact my brother is going to buy his wedding rings from Viv. Thank you ....

I contacted Viv with my ring size for a Geti Stars Titanium ring. He immediately advised that for this ring type i would require the next size down. Geti then sent two sample sizes to make sure I got the correct size. Viv was spot on with the sizing.
If I had ordered this from any other web site I would have purchased the wrong size. Excellent knowledge and customers services all round.
