I can�t believe my luck in finding Viv�s website after deciding to get a gold Signet ring. The site itself is excellent and honest and you feel you will be dealing with someone who has integrity with a warm personable approach.

I had an initial conversation with Viv who was extremely friendly and professional and from that moment kept me informed of every stage of the process with emails and photographs. To have a ring made this way, so personal, was a fantastic experience.

My ring arrived today and I could not be happier, it is superb..

I would recommend Viv to anyone, amazing, wonderful service.

I ordered a silver signet ring for my daughters Christmas present, although I admit I was very unsure ordering online without seeing the actual item. I spoke to Viv before ordering and based on our conversation ordered my daughters ring. The ring arrived in time for Christmas and was stunning, but too 'chunky' for my very slight 14 year old. I must admit I panicked and contacted Viv between Christmas and New Year, not expecting a reply until after New Year. He replied with a simple 'not a problem, will sort in the New Year' - what a relief! The replacement ring arrived today and everyone is thrilled with the result

I first came across this website when I was looking for a gold cygnet ring for my daughters 16th birthday. The ones I had looked at in the shops were highly priced and not very good quality. I was very nervous at first in making such a purchase online, having not felt the weight of the ring and having not met the person who would be making it� The whole experience from my first tentative 'adding to basket' to receiving the finished ring, was a complete pleasure. Viv was just lovely, quickly soothing my fears and keeping me fully informed all through the process. The finished ring was beautiful, something my daughter wears with pride and that I am sure will last her for her lifetime. Since then Viv has done a repair on my very old and battered cygnet ring again with exceptional results. His customer service leaves you feeling like an old friend, not just a customer�how many times can you say that on the high street? I feel very fortunate to have stumbled across him and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else now.. What else can I say. Amazing

I've just taken delivery of my 50th birthday present. The most gorgeous crested silver signet ring. Viv made this whole process which was completely bespoke. bringing together his vision with mine and getting the ring I dreamed of. Viv's advice, collaboration with Mickey, down to earth, no nonsense attitude, keeping me posted on progress daily, sending photos of each stage in the process, made my experience so very very special and inclusive. I am over the moon and will be back.
Added to which he was the most reasonably priced on the market. In my opinion worth every penny and much more.

I am a little late putting this onto the site but I had to as the service that I received from Viv and the look on my partners face when he opened the ring on Christmas day meant it was the least I could do. I was a little dubious as I was asking a lot in a short space of time and it was rather a large sum to part with on 'faith'. But I need not have worried. Viv held my hand through the whole process emailing me constantly to get my approval on designs and even tracking the parcel for me so I would not be worried about is arriving on time. The ring itself is truly beautiful, very heavy and looks wonderful on my partner. If you are looking for fantastic service, workmanship and value for money don't hesitate to buy from Viv.

I was after a replica ring for my husband to match his 3 brothers. Viv was so helpful from the very beginning and listened to my requirements. The ring is absolutely beautiful and the engraving spot on. I was slightly apprehensive about ordering jewelry over the internet without seeing it, especially as the ring was so special. However I am over the moon with the outcome and cannot wait to see the look on my husbands face on his birthday! Thanks again Viv :-)
