Very rarely do you meet a true artisan, who cares about his work and customers and delivers a high quality product. Viv is certainly one. Made me a gorgous engraved signet ring. It made me very happy! Thanks Viv, and very best wishes for 2016.

I cannot thank Viv enough for the fantastic ring he made for me for my partners christmas present. My partner has a large tattoo on his back and Viv managed to replicate this design onto a bespoke 9ct gold signet ring for me. The result was amazing and the quality of the ring is superb. I am so pleased that I stumbled across his website as I would never of been able to purchase a ring like this anywhere else. I am going to have another made soon for my sons 21st (Viv I hope you will still be doing this in a few years time). If your looking for a quality, unique and personal gift then you won't be disappointed. I can highly recommend this service.

From the first contact I had with Viv the service has been superb.Phoned Viv and he adviced me to order a different size ring to the one I had ordered.I received the ring yesterday and he was spot on with his advice.The ring is superb and the quality of his workmanship in making the ring is second to none.I will definitely be recommending him to others and will use his services again.Once again thanks Viv.

Admin reply: Customer ordered a 12mm x 10mm oval for his son with an average finger size, i advised the face might be to small for the type of design to be engraved on it, and a 13mm x 11mm court would suit finger size better, however had i been wrong he could have returned under D S R and i would have re made it smaller F O C, Been a real pleasure, Viv

After receiving my ring yesterday one thing was clear, Viv is by far THE BEST VALUE you will find ANYWHERE when it comes to signet rings! One of my favorite pieces of jewelry I own is a custom bespoke signet ring I ordered from England from a well known shop. This time around I was working on a serious budget and felt I had to compromise on quality to get something halfway decent that I would like. By chance I stumbled on this site, liked what I saw and the prices were at least half of what the other shops charge. I ordered a ring expecting something nicer than your standard jewelry you would find in a mall or a cart, but nothing compared to a fancy high end shop. What I got was not only just nice but EXCEEDED my expectations! the quality, design, feel & looks of this ring was just as good if not BETTER than a high end shop that charges 2 to 3 times as much. All in all I am VERY HAPPY & IMPRESSED WITH VIV & HIS WORK. I'm hoping he never closes shop because I've finally found the go-to place for custom bespoke rings! Thank You VIV!

I can only praise Viv on the ring he created for me, totally bespoke and he was more than patient with the numerous design changes during the process. Viv mailed me updates on the progress and was more than happy to change things if things were not as I required. He was also able to use the gold from an old chain I had received on my 18th birthday. The end result was stunning, a true thick, heavyweight ring. You will not get a ring like this on the high street.

From the first email contact until the finished product the customer service was brilliant. Without much explanation Viv knew what I wanted and created a brilliant signet ring. Very happy customer.

Viv made my beautiful family signet ring. It wasn't an easy task and he was the only one who could do it. We sent him a gold ring with threes jewels within. The gold was melted down to make the family ring & then engraved via a laser. The quality of the ring is as strong as the hand engraver Rebus that made the initial ring.

Would definitely recommend Viv for this form of jewellery making.
